 An intimate backyard wedding amidst beautiful spring blooms.

It was such a pleasure to photograph this sweet and simple union the first weekend of spring. In the quiet and stillness of the afternoon, their love was proclaimed. Petals from Bradford Pear trees swept around with each light gust of warm wind and a handful of birds chirped in agreement.

You are family now––a beautiful one.

 Deep in the woods we found their bright yellow tent and warm smiles by a flowing river in the mountains.

Beckoned by nature, these two reveled in some of their greatest times together on Sunday afternoons. "Adventure Sundays," as they call them, drew them to different destinations each week while they were dating. They continue to keep up this tradition as much as they can as newlyweds. Excitement and exploration filled the day as we met them at one of their favorite little spots. It was here, you could tell, they were right at home.
